The walled estate is divided into three unique booking options, listed below. For complete privacy book the “Full Estate” which sleeps up to seventeen. Whether you’re planning a solo trip, or need just a bit more space than one unit provides, we offer flexible options. Take a look below and feel free to reach out with any questions.

Accomodations
the full estate
For groups up to 17. Book the entire 100 year old walled estate, including the 4 bedroom main house, private 1200 sq/ft studio with 15’ ceilings, and both private duplex units as well. Spread out on the half-acre to enjoy the outdoors while being only minutes away from downtown West Palm Beach and a 12 minute drive to some of the best public beaches in South Florida. Have dinner outside under the cafe lights in the Orchid Garden or in the paved courtyard. Ample parking and laundry room available on site.
The main house
Sleeping 7 comfortably or up to 9 with provided air beds, the Main House is a detached residence on the estate with it’s own private entrance. The main house includes 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and a downstairs bedroom with a daybed. Tastefully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. Guests will have use of the shared courtyard and Orchid Garden and the laundry facilities located right across the courtyard. Add one or both of our duplex units if you need some extra space. (Availability of duplex units not guaranteed, please reach out for details)
Please note, The Main House is a two story home. Stairs are necessary to access 3 of the 4 bedrooms and the shower. Parking and shared laundry facility on site.
The studio
With a 1200 sq/ft open layout and a custom made king bed, the Studio gives you plenty of space and a private entrance. 15’ ceilings and the huge windows of this former art studio give a feeling of airiness and light. Make use of the Orchid Garden which sits right between the Studio and Main House for romantic dinners under the cafe lights, or travel the short distance to downtown West Palm or into the high-end districts in Palm Beach.

THE duplex / Only offered as add-on to a reservation
If you need a bit more space, we have two different duplex units available, each with a bedroom that features a queen bed, separate living area with dining set. The duplex units do not offer a full kitchen. These units are only offered as an add-on for Main House or Studio bookings.
All bookings have access to a separate laundry facility on premises.

Cancellations & Refunds
Our cancellation policy for all regular stay bookings are as follows:
Full Estate Bookings: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
Main House and Studio Bookings: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Cancellation policies regarding gatherings are governed by a separate contract.
Refunds for any cancellations will be sent out within 48 hours cancellation via direct deposit to the account used to pay for the reservation or by check to the address provided by the reservation holder.
Refunds of damage deposits will be returned within 48 hours of our inspection of the property. Inspections typically occur the day of or the day after check-out. Refunds, minus any damages, will be sent out via direct deposit to the account used to pay for the reservation or by check to the address provided by the reservation holder.
